New Tweeter here! I just signed up on Twitter two weeks ago.  I have to admit.  Here it comes, confession time………

I was against social networking as recent as three months ago! Yes it’s true. I said “I won’t go on FaceBook or Twitter, they just suck up your time.”

Now it’s time to eat my words. Here’s why I tweet:

1. I can provide value that others can act on.

2. I learn by reading other peoples tweets.

3. I can get tips on my favorite topics.

4. It’s fun to see how other entrepreneurs express their lives.

5. I found fascinating people who inspire and encourage me.

6. The raw honesty from some people reminds me it’s OK to be human.

I am sure there are many other reasons why people are drawn to social media from sharing ideas, knowledge, personal experience, etc.  This small list is only after two weeks. Will it grow? I think so!
