This blog was created to explore ways of providing small business owners with information to manage their accountant and in the process, create more profit and a simpler life. The information we provide is based on our experience with real business owners that needed help.  The questions we try to answer are the ones we hear the most.

We believe that when a business owner is armed with knowledge on how their business works, they can achieve anything.  Our desire is to create relationships that give us the most information about the needs of small business owners.  As we discover needs, we learn how to better serve our clients.

Our business was created on this principle: “Because we care your business is better off.” We continue to seek new ways to bring this about especially when we have failed at it.

Accountant or Partner Inc. is a joint venture from the efforts of Vince Schembri and Mark Kennedy.   We look at our clients from an accounting viewpoint first, then if necessary, we offer strategic development, business growth planning and implementation. We insist our clients decide how much or how little we help them.

Vince Schembri, who is an accredited accountant, has over 20 years experience in accounting and business development.  His passion for helping small businesses succeed has helped him develop a loyal customer base and a thriving business.  Known by some of his clients as the stern parent who insists they do the right thing for their business, he is loved for his high standards of excellence.

Mark

A management consultant for over 12 years, Mark Kennedy has worked with start-ups and small businesses to help them plan and implement success tracks.  Thinking oustside of the box and finding creative solutions that fit unique business niche’s, Mark applies strategy that is practiced every day by the corporate world but absent in small business.
